Winemaking in Rías Baixas dates back thousands of years, but only during the past few decades has the region established a global reputation as a producer of top quality wines from its signature grape, Albariño.

The winery of Santiago Roma was born from a dream that was to produce a wine of exceptional quality following a traditional production process. Taking advantage of the family experience in the wine sector, Santiago Roma laid down his marker for quality. Thus, Santiago Roma established his own winery in 1997 with a clear objective, to create wines of high quality and with their own personality.

This Albarino has a white, clean and bright straw colour with golden hues. Balsamic aromas of laurel and a hint of ripe apple and a palate of laurel, lemon and apple at its forefront, combined with pleasant fresh  herb notes and a measured and pleasant finish.  A superb accompaniment for seafood & fish.  Stunning Albarino.
