Delivery charges are on a scale according to geographical location up to a maximum of £29.95 for the very North of Scotland. Delivery costs are quite clearly shown when you choose your destination county and click the 'update totals' link in the cart before you reach the checkout stage.
We operate a signature service on all deliveries. Goods cannot be left unsigned unless you specify this clearly at your address when the delivery is made, leaving a note for the driver to take away with instructions where to leave the goods should you be out.
If no prior instructions have been given and no one is in at the delivery address a card is left requesting that the customer contacts the courier company to arrange re-delivery. If the courier company receives no instructions within three days the parcel is returned to Just Fine Wines.
