Chateau Angueiroun - Created in 1931 on a former game reserve, Château Angueiroun is located on the Riviera between Toulon and Saint-Tropez in Bormes les Mimosas.
In winter, a number of creeks amid the Domaine’s rolling hills feed into the main stream, the Anguillon, in former times, people fished here for wild eels, hence the Domaine took the name L' Angueiroun ("little eel" in Provençal).

Purchased by Eric Dumon in 1998, the plot is veritable oasis of greenery, the vineyard is perched on the hill facing the sea, fanning out in a combe surrounded by the Mediterranean scrubland with all its Provençal fragrances of rosemary, lavender, thyme, mimosa, pine, heather, eucalyptus, rockrose, arbutus and cork-oak.

Their entire vineyard (roughly 89 acres) produces AOP Côtes de Provence and Côtes De Provence La Londe designated wines, of which each year around 120,000 bottles are Côtes de Provence rosé.

Salmon pink with a peach skin hue. The nose reveals scents of peony, rose and rhubarb. The palate, with a frank, ample attack, reveals a wine with aromas of fresh fruit with a tangy finish.
