Stunning barrel fermented wine from three hectares of clay limestone soils, with a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon, given eight months in barrel (30% new oak). Lees stirring adds to the rich, gourmet feel, exuberance of the oak and the Semillon, but also lovely rich fat candied lemon, and crisp minerality. A rare white wine from the red dominated Right Bank.
