Your purchase of a product or service from Just Fine Wines is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our terms for use of this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the site and do not proceed further with your order. Just Fine Wines reserve the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions of sale and our terms of use at any time, without notice.

Description & Prices

The description and prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in our price list, brochure and website. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to provide that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. You may agree the correct price, in which case we will proceed with your order. In the unlikely event that an item has been over charged a full refund of the difference will be given.

We reserve the right to change our prices. Please refer to the latest price list or our website for all current prices. Please note prices issued in the latest price list or on our website supersede any prices set out in these terms and conditions if they are different.

Vintages and labels may vary, we will endeavour to notify, wherever possible, prior to exchanges being made.

Where list prices are indicated, these refer to our printed list (available upon request) or published recommended retail prices elsewhere.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or telephone before the goods are packed or shipped. Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of your order, if orders have been packed or shipped you will have to bear the return postage expenses or may only receive a partial refund.

Returns policy

By purchasing products from this site you have read and accepted our returns policy.

Substitutes/Availability

All wines are subject to availability, some items will inevitably go out of stock, we will not substitute any wine out of stock before contacting you. Should you agree to accept a replacement, the substituted wine will be of equal or higher value to the wine you have ordered, this proceedure may cause a slight delay in despatching your order.

Currency

The price you pay is in pounds sterling.

Please note it is illegal in the United Kingdom for any individual under the age of 18 to purchase alcoholic beverages, we may refuse an order at our discretion.
