The family estate was founded in 1825 by the del Pedregal family, whose 7th generation still run it today and have over 700 hectares under vine.
The Classic Sauvignon is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. Their Classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Classic Merlot have a 15 day maceration of the skins and the Classic Cabernet is then matured 30% in American oak and 70% in tank. The Classic Merlot is matured in tank.
The Coach House
