BODEGAS CASA JUAN
Angel Escudero and his team aim to harvest their grapes in perfect condition, without the use of pesticides;
to do so it is necessary to keep the closest watch on the vines from the very first blossom.

They look for the ideal mix of different grapes by already joining the varieties in the fermentation deposits,
an influence of great importance in this process is climatic conditions, soil in which vines have grown and a balance of all the
elements that, after alcoholic fermentation it its own yeast, will produce a clean and harmonious wine.

This, in consequence, gives their cask-aged wines the noble touch of well educated sons, the wine is a being, in liquid form, which over
time, through is own rhythm, is bound to loose certain essences;  to avoid any unwanted influence, Bodegas Casa-Juan deliberately
refrain from any filtering, purifying or stabilizing by artificial freezing.
