Beaune Les Prevoles 2004. Domaine Pascual Prunier-Bonheur

Pascal Prunier-Bonheur is the 5th wine making generation of his family.  He started his own estate with 5.3 Hectares (13 acres) split between 40% of white and 60% of reds of the Cote de Beaune.
A very tight selection of the grapes and a methodical vinification allows Pascal  to reach high concentration and finesse as well as great aging potential.
