Domaine Prunier
Family domaine of 11.5 ha (28.4 acres) located in Auxey-Duresses. Average age of the Vines is 30 years. Harvest 90% destemmed. 4 days of cold maceration before the fermentation in open vats, alcoholic fermentation last approximately 15 days with two pigeages (punching down the cap) per day to extract colour and tannins. After alcoholic fermentation the wine is racked into oak barrels.
